If until December 1989 the leaders of uor country
doesn`t recognise cause have a 4% of people with mental handicap
(even if exist a network of school) , after Revolution this thruth
was made unhide.
Through special attention that was give to multilateral
prepare of this persons that was very hard hurt by there fate,
we try to make possible there comunity integration.
Our sports teachers from Special School nr. 11
from Bucharest with a high experience in Special Education and
very attache with this special childrens, have some collaborations
with Sports Federation for Person with Handicap and Special Olympics
Romania, training childrens of there school and participate with
them to all actions of those 2 organisations.
After a very good training and assurance of a
some good conditions that was possible at that time with support
from some sponsors, our students from Special School nr. 11 from
Bucharest members of The "Speranta" Sports Association,
have very special performances in national and international contests.
